Luxshare Included in the 'ESG Top 100 List for Chinese Listed Companies’

On September 22, the inaugural ESG Annual Conference for Chinese Listed Companies, hosted by the Alxa League Administrative Office in collaboration with Securities Times, was grandly held in Alxa Left Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The event unveiled the list of the Top 100 Chinese Listed Companies in ESG for the year 2023. Luxshare, with its outstanding performance in the ESG field, stood out among numerous enterprises and was selected for the 'ESG Top 100 List for Chinese Listed Companies.

The ESG Top 100 is independently developed by the China Capital Market Research Institute, a think tank under Securities Times. Adhering to the principles of science, objectivity, and fairness, the ranking evaluates the environmental (E), social (S), and corporate governance (G) performance of listed companies. It employs a comprehensive approach, considering 16 secondary indicators, 47 tertiary indicators, and over 100 quaternary indicators. Utilizing a professional quantitative scoring system, the assessment aims to provide a thorough evaluation of the ESG performance of listed companies, ultimately determining the inclusion of companies in the ESG Top 100 list.

The inclusion in the ESG ranking this time is a recognition and commendation of Luxshare's commitment to sustainable and high-quality development, as well as the deep integration of environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance into the company's daily management. In addition, the 'CSI Securities Times ESG Top 100 Index,' jointly compiled by Securities Times and China Securities Index Co., Ltd., was released at the annual meeting. The index consists of the 100 listed companies selected for the 'China Listed Companies Value Selection ESG Top 100,' aiming to comprehensively reflect the overall market performance of listed companies with strong ESG performance. As of the end of August 2023, the cumulative return of the Securities Times ESG Top 100 Index since its base date on December 31, 2019, was 10.05%, significantly outperforming the cumulative excess return of the Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 Index, which reached 17.8% during the same period [1].
